Shipping Policy

At Iverysco LTD, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Shipping Time: Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Shipping Carriers: We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Shipping Areas: We currently ship to Cyprus. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us before placing your order.

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Refund & Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • Returns: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you and process the refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or used products, and items returned without original packaging, may not be eligible for a refund.
